GoodXample Methodology
GoodXample is a knowledge-sharing platform where organisations and their professionals can find, add and share good examples of successful policy or implementation. Sharing and learning from each other good examples results into more effective and efficient service delivery. The GoodXample method consists of three phases:
- First: Self-reflection is key for awareness and changing people’s mind-set. Therefore the method starts with a self-assessment tool, measuring performance using key performance indicators.
- Second: Independent (peer) review, a team of independent academic professionals from International universities review and interview the best performing organisations based on proven methodologies.
- Last; The GoodXamples are now ready for sharing with other organisations/ professionals so that they can learn from it. Responsible people from excellent performing organisations are now good news messengers and act as change agents in their own environment.
